We are committed to providing high-quality IT services and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, refunds are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined below.

For ongoing projects, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed and the terms outlined in section 3.

If a project is delayed or cancelled due to client default (non-payment, non-cooperation, etc.), no refund will be provided for work already completed.
