This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all services provided by Fairtex, trading as "Fairtex" ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for our fashion services.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

2. General Refund Principles

We are committed to providing high-quality fashion services and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, refunds are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined below.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@Fairtex within the specified timeframes and must include detailed reasons for the refund request.

3. Service-Specific Refund Terms

3.1 Ready-to-Wear Collection

Refund Eligibility:

  • Unworn Items: 100% refund if returned within 7 days with tags attached.
  • Defective Items: Full refund or exchange within 14 days.
  • Final Sale Items: No refunds except for manufacturing defects.

3.2 Bespoke Tailoring

Refund Eligibility:

  • Before Fabric Cutting: 100% refund of deposit.
  • After Fabric Cutting: No refund on deposit (material costs).
  • Final Fitting: No refunds once the garment is tailored to measurements.

3.3 Styling Consultations

Refund Eligibility:

  • Cancellation > 24h: 100% refund.
  • Cancellation < 24h: 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-show: No refund.

3.4 Accessories & Jewelry

Refund Eligibility:

  • Standard Items: 100% refund if returned in original packaging within 7 days.
  • Custom Jewelry: Non-refundable.
  • Hygienic Items (Earrings, etc.): Non-refundable for safety reasons.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and charges are non-refundable:

  • Custom-tailored garments after fabric cutting
  • Worn, washed, or altered clothing
  • Items without original tags and packaging
  • Final sale items
  • Personal styling services already conducted
  • Bulk wholesale orders once shipped
  • Customized accessories

5. Refund Process

5.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to contact@Fairtex with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your project/service details and invoice number
  3. Provide a detailed reason for the refund request
  4. Attach any relevant documentation or evidence

5.2 Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refund Request Review: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Bank Transfer Refunds: 7-14 business days
  • Credit Card Refunds: 3-7 business days

5.3 Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative method.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Service Cancellation

You may cancel our services at any time by providing written notice. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

6.2 Project Cancellation

For ongoing projects, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed and the terms outlined in section 3.

6.3 Data Retrieval

Upon cancellation, you have 30 days to retrieve your data and files. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:

  1. Request a review by our management team
  2. Provide additional documentation to support your case
  3. Request mediation through a neutral third party
  4. Pursue legal action in accordance with our Terms and Conditions

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and amicably.

8. Special Circumstances

8.1 Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), we will work with you to find appropriate solutions, which may include service credits or extended deadlines rather than refunds.

8.2 Service Quality Issues

If you experience service quality issues, we will first attempt to resolve the problem. If resolution is not possible, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.

8.3 Client Default

If a project is delayed or cancelled due to client default (non-payment, non-cooperation, etc.), no refund will be provided for work already completed.

9. Refund Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Services have been fully delivered as per the agreement
  • Client has violated the terms of service
  • Refund request is made beyond the specified timeframes
  • Client has already received multiple refunds for similar issues
  • Refund request is based on false or misleading information
